We assist a subsidiary of large Austrian company specialized in transportation field, with a presence in 7 countries from Central and South-Eastern Europe, to buy an entire transportation division from a Romanian leading company (over 160 trucks and trailers, together with all operating staff). This deal involved legal assistance in a wide range of topics, from the complex due-diligence process until the necessary approval from the Competition Council.
